1. Q: How do I pay for my purchase order?
A: T/T, Western Union and Money Gram
2. Q : How can I get sample?
A: Sample fee will be doubled, but we will refund the extra money after you place an order to us. It usually takes 15 - 30 days to produce a sample.
3. Q : What's the MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 50pcs each model , One 40HQ contaciner can loading about 288pcs aqua bikes.
4. Q : What's the delivery time?
A: It will take about 35 days to finish an order. But the exact time is according to actual situation.
5. Q : Can I have my own customized product?
A : Of course yes, your can customized requirements for color, logo, design, package, carton mark, etc. are very welcome.
6. Q : How about the warranty?
